Dear friends!
Generous land of Ugra, which we all are living, gifted us the creation work of the Khanty painter G. Raishev. Flying up to Khanty-Mansiysk in summer you can see his (Raishev) huge revived pictures and understand that all these women figures, marsh women and coloring are from his native Ugra, as well as magic and inspiration. Absolute contact of the painter with space is getting quite clear.
The performance “I came into this world to see the sun” is supposed as the unusual and bright show. It consists of four parts such as “childhood”, “youth”, “maturity” and “wisdom” they are the associative pictures from revived painter’s memory. As a symbolic way filings and sensations interlace through such emotion as:
- astonishment;
- perception of astonishment;
- impossibility of perception of astonishment;
- perpetual torture from impossibility of perception of astonishment.
The favorite pictures of G. Raishev are reflected on the white decorations and costumes. A slow rhythmical group composition replaces the exciting and energetic dance. The painter’s tree of life is growing in your sight from a small sprout to a mighty and mature tree. Finally the tree is blooming, giving us the miracle, the miracle of a new symbol of life, inspiration, flight and creation.
