Show programme consists of bright dramatized performance of a prologue and six acts, and interesting games for people to play and then to receive different gifts from Khanty Ded Moroz.
”Visiting Khanty Ded Moroz and Snegurochka” is a magic fairy-tale, which sets in northern forest on New Year’s Eve. There traditional characters of Khanty and Mansi folklore wonderfully meet familiar for us from childhood but in a new Khanty image Ded Moroz and Snegurochka. It is a touching story of miraculous transformation of world on New Year’s Eve – how evil witch Vont Imi Kushkar, wood goblin Leshak and huge wood creatures Menkvs become good ones.
The first night of the New Year’s Show “Visiting Khanty Ded Moroz and Snegurochka” was held in Exhibition Hall of People Friendship House on the 22nd of December in 2008.
